It's basically sliced up small red potatoes mixed with a combination of heavy ream and boursin cheese and baked for an hour. Awesome.

Cream. I meant heavy cream. I don't know what heavy ream is, and I don't want to know.

Personally, I recommend a heavy reaming every once in awhile.
-or at least until your ankles get sore.
